THULASIZWE Mbuyane’s early goal was enough to sent Black Leopards to the basement of the Absa Premiership log.
Despite this hard-fought 1-0 victory over the disjointed Lidoda Duvha, the mighty Buccaneers couldn’t improve their position on the log as they remain in the fifth position with 27 points.
The eight weeks break has proved to have badly affected the players as most of them from either sides in this match were occasionally treated for muscle pulls climb.

The Brazilians are now topping the league log with 34 points, and they are now five points clear of rivals, SuperSport United who played to a 1-1 draw against the visiting Free State Stars at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville.
Also trailing behind Sundowns with five points includes Moroka Swallows and Free State Stars. Swallows beat Santos 3-2 at the Dobsonville Stadium in another match played last night.
In total, 18 goals were scored in these matches played last night with the highest goals scored at the Swallows-Santos and Celtic-Arrows matches producing 10 goals
