PSL put its foot down on NFD clubs

Black Leopards, Carara Kicks and FC AK were fined for indiscretions that occurred recently in NFD matches that they were involved in.

Leopards paid the admission of guilt fine of R5 000 for arriving late for the pre-match meeting ahead of the clash with United FC at the Seisa Ramabodu Stadium on November 6.

Kicks were fined R40 000 – payable within 30 days – and the costs of the hearing (R21 000) for not having the appropriate medical staff at their NFD clash with Hanover Park at the Goble Park Stadium on November 6.

FC AK paid the admission of guilt fine of R5 000 for not providing the relevant match documents when they hosted Bay United on September 18.

Leopards have again been charged with misconduct – relating to late arrival for the match meeting – when they faced FC AK at the Eldorado Park Stadium on November 13.

Jomo Cosmos paid the admission of guilt fine of R5 000 for arriving late at the match meeting when they hosted Leopards at Makhulong Stadium on October 23.
