Springboks Set to Clash with Scotland at Murrayfield on Year-End Tour

The Springboks are scheduled to face Scotland at Murrayfield on their end-of-year November tour to the Northern Hemisphere.

As the current world champions, South Africa will make their way to Murrayfield to take part in one of Scotland’s four autumn international matches in November, as announced by Scottish Rugby on Tuesday.

The two-time Webb Ellis Cup champions are set to play against Scotland on November 10.

South Africa last faced Scotland at the 2023 World Cup, securing a victory in the group stage with a score of 18-3.

Scotland’s autumn internationals kick off with a match against Fiji on November 2, followed by the game against the Springboks.

Subsequently, they will compete against Portugal six days after facing South Africa, and conclude the series with a game against Australia on November 24.

In the recent Six Nations tournament, Scotland secured a fourth-place finish, achieving close victories over England and Wales, despite three losses.

The Springboks are set to open their 2024 test season with a game against Wales at Twickenham in London on Saturday, June 22.
